Job Duties: Plans and implements goals, objectives, and all activities that are part of the MSHS work plan as promulgated in the Head Start Performance Standards. Responsible to ensure compliance with all local rules, regulations, agency policies, and procedures in the program area of transportation and safety. Responsible to actively participate in the Quality Assurance and monitoring activities for the program. Job Duties: Responsible for the leadership and guidance on the direction of the Migrant Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) service delivery and facilities for the program. Facilitates the coordination of a multi-center-based operation, which ensures the integration of the program area work plans and adheres to the funding application and the Head Start Performance Standards, plus other federal, state, local and ADA requirements.
